2.2 Local Storage

Recent searches are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage for your convenience. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

2.3 Server Access Logs

Our hosting infrastructure may automatically collect basic server logs for operational and security purposes, including:

  • IP address
  • User agent (browser type)
  • Requested URL
  • Timestamp

These logs are used solely for abuse detection, debugging, and ensuring service reliability. They are retained for a maximum of 90 days and then automatically deleted.

3. Data Sources

All company financial data displayed on this platform is sourced from data.gov.ro, the Romanian Open Data portal managed by the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania. This data is publicly available and published by Romanian government authorities under open data licensing.

entitate is not affiliated with any Romanian government entity. We do not create, verify, or audit the source data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer any data to third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Data Security

  • Encryption: All connections use TLS/SSL encryption in transit.
  • No data at rest: Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers.

6. Your Rights under GDPR

Since we do not collect or process personal data, most GDPR data subject rights are not applicable. However, you retain the right to:
